Welcome to the story of a roofing company on a mission. Based in Texas, USA, with grand ambitions to revolutionize the industry. 

Their vision? To become the first roofing company listed on the stock market while delivering unparalleled service through advanced technology.  Now, let's dive into how we turned their dreams into reality.

the challenge

What do I fix first? Our painfull time wasting operations flow or our inability to support different types of businesses? Do we want to be able to support growth or do we need profit now?

Our roofing company faced a pressing challenge: our technology infrastructure struggled to keep pace with our ambitions. 

Internally, our CRM and lead generation platforms were nowhere near making our processes efficient, on the contrary they were generating several pain points that were affecting our ability to cover all the clients' needs during storm season.

Externally, our inability to accommodate B2B clients' needs kept us far away from our potential for growth. With our sights set on expansion and innovation, overcoming these obstacles became paramount.

Introducing the "Workspaces" feature to cater to the needs of B2B clients while simplifying workflows.

Armed with a strategic mindset and a UX toolkit, I embarked on a journey of discovery. From stakeholder interviews to ethnography research, I left no stone unturned in my quest to streamline processes and enhance user experiences. A UX audit paved the way for redesigning the Client Platform.

With a tight deadline looming, it was all hands on deck. Leveraging existing functionality and injecting creativity, we brought our vision to life. The result? A sleek, intuitive platform that received positive feedback from both internal teams and clients.

And let's not forget the enhanced sales presentation tool, turbocharging our sales efforts and driving revenue growth.​

RESULTS AND IMPACT

From the redesigned Client Platform to our enhanced drone operations, our unique selling points attracted investor confidence.

Fast forward a few months, and the results speak for themselves. A cool 7 million USD investment validated our vision, propelling us to new heights. 

Internally, morale soared as teams embraced our solutions, paving the way for continued success and growth.

Along the way, I had the honor of receiving a promotion – As a Product Designer turned Product Manager, taking on dual roles, I've had the unique opportunity to shape the entire product lifecycle – from concept to launch.

I not only craft intuitive designs but also lead strategic initiatives and coordinate cross-functional teams.

It's a dynamic blend of creativity and leadership, allowing me to drive innovation and deliver exceptional user experiences at every stage of development.
